Applications are reviewed by a person, usually inside a business day. Every account starts prepaid; after ninety days of steady orders we talk about net 30, and high-volume accounts move to the 30% and 38% tiers.

Who qualifies for a trade account?

Contractors, glaziers and door installers, locksmiths, security integrators, property managers and facilities teams. If you buy for the work rather than for one repair, apply.

What do I need to apply?

Business name and contact details. A Florida resale certificate zeroes the sales tax and a license number speeds review, but both can follow later.

How long does approval take?

Usually inside one business day. You can keep ordering at list price in the meantime without losing your cart, and your pricing switches over the moment the account clears.

Do I need an account to buy at all?

No. Everyone can buy at list price with no account. The trade account is what unlocks your rate and volume breaks.
